T-shirt Printing Fails by Major Retailers

What do you do when you mass produce t-shirts for retail with simple grammatical errors glaring at you in large type??  Well, you sell them of course!

Check out this first example from Old Navy. I ran across this on Yahoo last week and couldn’t help but share. When you think of Old Navy you think of generic, and generic is pretty hard to screw up, right? Well, here you are. There’s a first time for everything I suppose, though I can hardly assume it’s a first.

Then we have this….

Really?? Are apostrophes going the way of the dinosaur? What ever happened to proof reading before approving things like this?

I, personally, cringe at most simple grammatical errors like these. What do you think? Big deal or not?
